Terms & Conditions

These terms describe use of balmmod.com, an independent informational website about Balm Mod. If you do not agree with these terms, discontinue use of the website.

Purpose of this website

The website explains Balm's role in Minecraft mod installations and links to relevant resources. It does not sell Minecraft, supply game accounts or act as the official Balm developer. General guidance is provided for informational purposes.

Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its availability, gain unauthorised access to its infrastructure, distribute malicious software through it or misrepresent your connection with the website or the Balm project.

Content and intellectual property

Third-party names, artwork, software and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Access to this website does not grant a licence to redistribute Balm, Minecraft or their assets. Follow the licence accompanying the specific project material you use, including any exceptions for icons or compiled releases.

External links and mod files

Linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Check file descriptions, dependency requirements and loader compatibility before downloading a mod. A source-code ZIP is different from an installable JAR. You are responsible for choosing suitable files and keeping backups of your worlds and settings.

Availability and limitations

Content and links may change, and the website may be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or compatibility with every mod configuration. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Privacy and project rules

Read our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer alongside these terms. Minecraft use is governed separately by the Minecraft EULA. Balm use is governed by the applicable project licence files.

Updates and website enquiries

The date above indicates the latest revision of these terms. For information about preparing a content correction or rights enquiry, see our Contact Us page. Its temporary email address is not an active support inbox.
